We read everything. We reply to most things within a few days.
Corrections
If a price here is wrong, an attraction has closed, or a route has changed, please tell us — ideally with a link to the source. Corrections are the most useful email we get, and we act on them quickly. When we change a guide because a reader told us to, we update the date at the top so you can see it happened.
Questions about a trip
We can't plan itineraries, but if you've read a guide and something in it doesn't answer your situation, that usually means the guide has a gap. Tell us what the gap is and it may become the next thing we write.
Commercial enquiries
We don't sell sponsored posts, paid links, guest posts, or link insertions, and we don't publish content written by anyone outside the masthead. Emails offering these will not receive a reply.
Legitimate partnership enquiries from travel operators and booking platforms are welcome. Our terms are simple and non-negotiable: no payment for a positive verdict, no preview of a guide before publication, and full disclosure to readers. See the affiliate disclosure.
